Our quality department has 4 stages of INSPECTION and TESTING beginning from raw-material till final product shipment. Modern sampling techniques are adopted to check conformity to critical parameters like torque testing, chain shifting etc.
We have pre-defined standards for incoming raw materials that are tested & approved by our quality department before use. Tallying, weighing, capacity etc. are some of the many methods we practice before giving approval to raw material for production.
Inspection is done at regular intervals during production process so that condition of all components can be ascertained and defective pieces get quickly removed.
Once the process is finished within all relevant sections, the goods then move onto final Inspection. The Inspection is done by our experienced inspectors who do 100% visual and operational efficiency checks of each item so that they meet bicycle specification and customer standard.
Before dispatch of goods for containerization, a pre-shipment inspection is carried out with respect to product, applications and related documents like invoice, declaration, certificates etc. to get shipping clearance.
